Nice clean facility. Helpful staff. Only problem was staff speak Spanish and I don't!

We were traveling and we dropped off our laundry. It was so well done. Really clean and beautifully folded. We also got it back quickly, which was very important for us as time was a factor. While our laundry was being expertly handled, we were able to relax and explore the area, and go to the local parks and history museum. (Much more enjoyable than doing laundry.) I would definitely use their service again if I am in the area, and would schedule it as my laundry stop.

One of the best laundromats in Elgin so far! Lots of washers and dryers, washers range from 20LB capacity all the way up to 125LBS capacity with their biggest machine, me and my friends fit 11 comforters in that thing earlier today! On top of that the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean! Would definitely go back!

We’re passing through Illinois on a cross country drive (with a dog, cat, and a baby) and staying at a hotel that doesn’t have laundry (criminal, right?), so I decided on this place from its good Google reviews and man, am I happy I came here! I had no idea what I was doing (getting a laundry card, adding money to it, etc.) so a huge thank you to the kindest and friendliest employee, Dalia, who very patiently helped me get set up. There are a ton of machines, so even though it was busy, there were plenty of clean machines available. The new laundry card also comes with free dryer credits, so it was under $10 to wash and dry everything. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Dalia ❤️

I came to wash my washable rug and Dalia was very helpful! She gave me great advice, was nice and very welcoming! I noticed she was helpful to lots of other people too.
